UKNONG Net Paid Service Terms

1. Purpose and Precedence

• ① These terms govern payment for and use of paid plans of "UKNONG Net," the ad-blocking service provided by UKNONG (the "Company").
• ② These are additional terms to the UKNONG unified Terms of Service. For paid services, these terms prevail where they conflict with the unified Terms. Matters not addressed here follow the unified Terms and applicable law.

2. Plans and Pricing

• ① Paid plans consist of Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime, Family (up to 9 concurrent devices), and Device add-ons. Personal plans include 3 devices by default.
• ② Each plan's price, term, and included device count are shown at checkout; displayed prices include VAT.
• ③ The Company may offer discount coupons and promotions; where a coupon is applied, the amount actually paid is the basis for refunds and other settlements.
• ④ The Company may change prices and offerings; changes apply only to new purchases made after the change and do not affect already-purchased plans.

3. Payment

• ① Payment is processed on the Company's website (net.uknong.com) via PortOne Co., Ltd. and connected payment gateways (PG).
• ② Users must use a lawful payment method in their own name.
• ③ Upon approval of payment, the plan is granted to the user's account immediately, at which point provision of the digital content (service) begins.

4. Term and Auto-Renewal

• ① Monthly/Yearly plans are usable for 30/365 days from the payment date.
• ② Time-limited plans do not auto-renew; they end automatically upon expiry. To continue, the user must purchase again.
• ③ The Lifetime plan is usable without a time limit for as long as the Company operates the service. "Lifetime" refers to the service's operating period, not a person's lifespan.

5. Limitation of Withdrawal

• ① UKNONG Net plans fall under "where provision of services or digital content has begun" per Article 17(2) of Korea's E-Commerce Act. Because the plan is granted upon payment approval and service provision begins at that moment, withdrawal is restricted after payment.
• ② However, where the user has not started using the plan on any device so that provision has not actually begun, or for any divisible, not-yet-provided portion of a plan, withdrawal (with a full refund) remains possible within 7 days of payment under Article 17(1) of the same Act.
• ③ The Company clearly notifies users of this restriction at checkout and obtains consent. Without such notice and consent, the Company will not assert this restriction.
• ④ Device add-ons are applied to the account's device limit immediately and thus are not subject to withdrawal.

6. Refunds

• ① Per the withdrawal restriction in Article 5, plans are generally non-refundable after payment.
• ② Refunds are made only where: (a) the service was entirely unusable due to the Company's fault and remained unresolved within a reasonable period after notice; (b) the plan materially differed from its description or violated these terms; or (c) a refund is required by law.
• ③ For refunds under (2), time-limited plans are refunded pro-rata for the remaining period after deducting used time and payment/refund costs; Lifetime and Device add-ons are refunded to the extent a ground in (2) applies.
• ④ Purchases via third-party platforms (e.g., the App Store) follow that platform's refund policy.
• ⑤ Users may cancel a plan at any time. A plan that has not been used (provision not yet begun) is cancelled immediately with a full refund; a time-limited plan already in use ends at the expiry of its remaining term without a separate refund (scheduled cancellation). Lifetime plans are subject to the cancellation and refund restrictions once use has begun.

7. Device Limit

• ① Concurrent devices per account are limited to the plan's stated limit.
• ② Users may purchase Device add-ons to increase the concurrent device limit.
• ③ When at the limit, an existing device must be removed to add a new one; paid features are restricted on devices beyond the limit.
• ④ Sharing, transferring, or reselling plans or device capacity is prohibited.

8. No Warranty of Blocking

• ① The service blocks ads based on known ad/tracker domains and rules and does not warrant completeness or accuracy. Some ads may appear, or normal pages may be affected, due to changes in third-party ad delivery, new ads, or OS/app/network conditions.
• ② The mere appearance of some ads is not grounds for a refund or damages.
• ③ To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the service absent its intent or gross negligence.

9. Suspension and Termination

If a user fraudulently uses a payment method, shares/resells a plan, or violates these or the unified Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate the plan without refund, after notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).

10. Changes

Amendment and notice procedures follow Article 3 of the unified Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; jurisdiction and dispute matters follow the unified Terms of Service.
