Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the services ("Service") provided by UKNONG ("Company"), and define the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

Article 2. Scope of Services

The Company provides the following services:

• UKNONG Unified Account — Registration and authentication via email or social login (Google, Apple)
• UKNONG Lyrics — Lyrics search, viewing, and play history management
• Other services that the Company may introduce in the future

Article 3. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to users. The Company may amend these Terms for reasonable cause, and amended Terms shall take effect 7 days after notice is provided. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and delete their account.

Article 4. Registration and Account

• Users may register for the Service using an email address or social account.
• Users must provide accurate information and must not register using another person's identity.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and may not share or transfer their account to third parties.
• Users must immediately notify the Company if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

Article 5. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Providing false information or impersonating another person
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Unauthorized data collection using automated means (bots, crawlers, etc.)
• Breaching the security of the Service or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Any other conduct that violates applicable laws or these Terms

Article 6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, design, logos, and trademarks included in the Service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit them without the Company's prior consent.

Article 7. Modification and Suspension of Service

• The Company may modify or temporarily suspend the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons.
• Users will be notified in advance of significant changes or termination of the Service.
• The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 8. Account Suspension and Deletion

The Company may suspend or delete an account after prior notice if the user violates these Terms. In urgent cases (such as security threats), the Company may act without prior notice and provide reasons afterwards.

Article 9. Disclaimer

• The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
• The Company does not warrant third-party content provided through the Service.
• The Service is provided "as is," without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors.

Article 10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
